Whats happening with FarmBis?

In the last couple of weeks many people have asked me “what’s happening with FarmBis?”

It saddens me to inform you (if you didn’t already know) that FarmBis is ending nationally.

This is the time line for Tasmania:

• Training providers have to submit group applications to the State FarmBis office by the end of this week; and
• All training has to be completed and finalised by the 31st of May 2008.

So if you are thinking about undertaking any training that you want FarmBis to subsidise you need to do it soon – otherwise you will have to pay full price out of your own pocket!
