Farm Kids!
This is my old neighbor Sarah. Her parents have recently brought a farm near Launceston.
Like all most farm kids Sarah loves getting her hands dirty (just look at the next photo to see what I mean) and is a great help around the farm – here she is giving her Mum so small clods of dirt.
Breaka, breaka, 10-4 buddy! Sarah can be seen here conducting some important training in ‘farm communications’ at the workshop! (And wondering what mischief she can get up to next)

Ute Show in Hobart
This is a note from an old Rural Youth friend who has asked me to help get the message out to Tassie Ute lovers:
$3,000 worth of business training FREE!
Last week I participated in a 3 day business development program called Business-Savvy.
The program has helped me build on my current skills and given me the confidence to develop other areas of my business.
I really loved the opportunity to work ‘on’ my business rather than ‘in’ it and the chance to network with other small business operators in my area - the Sorell group was an amazing group of dynamic individuals. Click here to view when the program is in your area.
The best part for me was being able to ‘pick the brains’ of my fellow participants and of our facilitator Sandra Gillanders - it was a wonderful opportunity!
The Business-Savvy program would normally cost $3,000 but is free for small business operators thanks to funding by AusIndustry.
If you would like to find out more about the Business-Savvy program click here
