Passionately Advancing Agriculture…
I knew from a very early age my future was in the rural sector and I’ve always loved helping people to achieve their ambitions - So that’s why I started Rural Connections with nothing more than loads of ambition, and “with a bit of luck and a fair breeze!”
Rural Connections mission statement says “We will strive to ensure there’s a profitable and sustainable future for the rural industry by the provision of personal development training, capacity building and marketing of rural Australia.”
Our tag line says it all… “Passionately Advancing Agriculture!”

Profit, regardless of market direction!
Sound like a bold statement?
Rod Knight, Jim Lindsay and Grahame Rees of KLR Marketing School have developed a livestock marketing school which teaches you how to maximise cash flow and minimise risk while trading livestock.
The school presents a simple, powerful and proven livestock marketing (sell-buy) strategies. “It’s so simple, it’s almost laughable” says Jim Lindsay from KLR Marketing.
It’s not a dating service for sheep!
Recently, I was asked the question - what is Rural Connections?
So, I proceeded to explain that Rural Connections specialises in Event & Project Management; Administration; and Marketing & Promotions focusing on the rural industry.
This gave a broad and quick introduction to some of the services Rural Connections provides to its clients. I was extremely humoured by the response “so, it’s not a dating service for sheep then?”
